Dan seperti yang diduga sebelumnya, aktris Sandra Bullock meraih ‘penghargaan’ sebagai Worst Actress untuk perannya di film All About Steve. Sesuai dengan yang dijanjikannya, Bullock hadir dalam acara penyerahan ‘penghargaan’ tersebut. Ia bahkan membagi-bagikan 300 keping DVD All About Steve kepada para penggemarnya yang hadir di The 30th Annual Razzie Awards tersebut.

Walau begitu, All About Steve bukanlah film yang dinilai paling terburuk sepanjang tahun 2009 lalu. Film blockbuster Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen berhasil meraih ‘penghargaan’ tertinggi dengan memenangkan kategori Worst Picture, serta dua ‘penghargaan’ lainnya untuk Worst Director dan Worst Screenplay.
